5-6 stalks of green onion
6 tbsp vegetable oil
- Wash the green onion and chop them.
- In a skillet or a small pot, heat up the oil. When the oil is hot and starts to get smoky, remove from the heat and add the green onion.
The green onion oil can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
